While I will ask many questions about photography equipment, portfolio, and experience, it is not necessary for this position. I am ultimately looking for the perfect fit: someone who is cheerful and willing - a hard worker and a fast learner. I am looking for someone who wants to serve clients with excellence, grace, and great communication. The ideal candidate will have a love for photography, a warm personality, a flexible schedule, and a willingness to work hard. Work hours are most often evenings and weekends but vary. It is also a seasonal business: heavy bookings Spring through Fall, and relatively little shooting happening in the cold months of winter.
